Lianne works with Vision Coaching Inc. to facilitate an objective process for gathering anonymous feedback from a select group of people who have direct experience working with you – e.g. colleagues, direct reports, clients.
You will have the opportunity to self-assess and compare your perceptions against those around you. This information is used confidentially in coaching to inform your development goals and discuss strategies to lessen the gap between others’ perceptions and the kind of leader you want to be.
